drunkenconfetti: how was ft jackson? i ship out soon and i guess i just want a female perspective. haha
Fort Jackson was great. It’s a huge base so you really get good training because there’s so many resources. My company was really nice. We had shower stalls with curtains! The latrines overall were really nice. Females & males were treated the same. The term “Relaxin Jackson” [for me anyway] definitely applied. Even though basic was easy for me it’s because I made it that way. I went there already in shape & with no expectations except to get my ass beat lol.
Go there with a positive attitude, don’t have issues with authority & don’t take anything personally.
